What a stunning outlook! Everyone felt right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hilary was very helpful and responsive.
Hillary’s apartment it’s beautiful and overlooking the sea. It immediately made us to feel at home. The welcoming details, a Prosecco in the fridge and the Easter chocolate basket together with a personal handwritten note made our family felt very welcomed. Lovely details!
Absolutely perfect in every way! Beautiful interior, tastefully decorated and comfortable in every room. The views from upstairs are breathtaking- we loved sitting outside enjoying watching all the dogs playing in the water. The kitchen is well-appointed and beautifully decorated. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Inverness - if I could give higher than 5 stars, I would!
We absolutely loved our stay at Sealock. Both the house and location was beautiful. Hilary is a terrific host, friendly, very responsive with communication and left us a very thoughtful welcome pack. We loved the walks round the canal right on our doorstep. The views were stunning. The cottage looks as it does on the photos. We have recommended it already to friends and would definitely stay there again.
Had the most wonderful time at Sealock Cottage. This was our second visit and Hilary couldn’t have been a better host. The welcome basket was fantastic and the Prosecco was a wonderful addition, while we waited for our shopping to arrive. It was the warmest day of the year, and on request Hilary provided fans that were invaluable and really helped us “women of a certain age” not melt. That with a dip in the Caledonian Canal which is on your doorstep was just what us menopausal women needed. Our husbands, bless them, joined in and endured the swim along with us. Inverness is not far away at all and we found taxis approx £10-£12 very readily available which was great. That and a nip over the bridge, just behind the Cottage that took us to the Clachnaharry Inn. The kitchen was unfortunately shut this time, but we had already decided to cook in that night and the well equipped kitchen made this effortless. It is a stunning Cottage with every amenity you would need for a short break. 😁
