2,000 sqft with plenty of sleeping for the entire family up to 12. Large eat in kitchen with a big enough table for everyone and even a separate smaller table off to the side for the kids. 3 bed w/sleeping loft (equip with lots of board games) and 2.5 bath. To carry the party outside we have 2 grills, a fire pit outdoor eating area and enough seating for the neighborhood. All the space the backyard the garage and of course even he laundry room.

Beautiful home with plenty of room to spread out. Quiet neighborhood and great location.
house laid out nicely for 8 of us. loved the big kitchen table. and the back deck was nice.
The place worked fine but felt a bit worn. Several “small” things were broken: top bunk, upstairs bathroom door, no water or ice in fridge, upstairs shower drain, back deck wood too rough to walk on without shoes, bbq old and rusted. The house just needs a good refreshing.
Larry’s place was great. Was here for a short stay. Nice neighborhood. Would stay again.
Perfect location for our group. Nice neighborhood. Nice layout for our group of kids that enjoyed the bunk room style. We expected to be able to sleep more people and that changed our perception of value. We were not notified about a listing change.

This house is located just over 10 minutes from Downtown Lexington. Perfect if you are looking for a place to stay while you watch the Cats play at Rupp, or maybe a big-name star in concert. But maybe you are here for football, Kroger Field is a 15-minute drive.
Here for a Fall or Spring Meet over at Keeneland? This house is a short 10-minute drive. Maybe you want to catch a horse show or auction over at the Kentucky Horse Park, how does a 15-minute drive sound?
Getting around Lexington is a breeze from this lovely little house.
