We had a large group staying together at this home and it was everything we needed. There was plenty of space for each individual family as well as accommodating common spaces for fellowship. We thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood with a local park to walk our dog to and enjoy some natural scenery and outdoor time. As well as the hot tub and backyard space. The home was close enough to stores and restaurants that we could easily find. We would definitely stay here again if our travels ever bring us back to Kentucky.

We enjoyed our stay at Seth's place. The location was great and easy to get to where we were going. The house was well stocked with spices, towels, and pots and pans. The hot tub was a nice addition. The fenced in backyard was great especially since we had dogs. The patio was great for hanging out. Seth was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. If I were to return to Lexington, I would stay here again.

Fantastic experience! Our trip was to visit several distilleries and the location was perfect! The photos didn’t do the house justice. We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious and updated the house was! It was perfect and we are already planning to use the location for our future events in Lexington!
