Whether you are watching your favorite movie in the theatre, playing shuffleboard, or cheering on your favorite team while relaxing in the hot tub, there is truly always something to do. There is plenty of space for everyone! EAT Are you looking for the best kitchen Lexington has to offer? Look no further! This beautiful, open kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals. This kitchen features a Galley Kitchen Workstation, a sink that allows you to prep, cook, serve, entertain , & clean up all in one convenient place! This kitchen also provides several chef accessories, entertainment dishes, coffee systems, & a Keurig! If you prefer to grill, you will have access to a blackstone grill! Don't want to cook on vacation? No worries, ask about our in-home chef experiences!! SLEEP After a day full of entertainment at The Manor House, you will be able to get an amazing nights rest in our cozy beds! The master suite & secondary ensuite both have king beds while the third ensuite offers two queen beds. In the private movie theatre, you will find a custom couch that is large enough to comfortably sleep 4 adults! We can assure you that this couch sleeps just as good as any bed! If you do not prefer the couch or a bed, we do have an air mattress that we can provide to you. ENTERTAIN If you are looking to entertain your friends & family without having to leave the house, you have found the perfect spot. Guests will be able to play ping pong, shuffleboard, & foosball in the basement. For the pretty days, you can enjoy bocce ball & Kanjam in the backyard. To end the day, you can sit in the hottub or build a fire in the firepit & enjoy s'mores from our complimentary s'mores kit! The opportunities here are endless.

Manor House was an absolute perfect place to stay for a Keeneland weekend. The house’s amenities far exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend!
Unbelievable house. Couldn’t ask for anything better for a group, high end furnishings and finishes, everything you could ever need. Hosts were very communicative and friendly. If staying in Lexington with a group couldn’t recommend enough.
OMG! We absolutely fell in love with this place! We have been to so many airbnbs, and none of them even come close to this one! Not only was every inch of this home absolutely stunning, but the host went above and beyond with everything being so convenient, from waters on every nightstand, with iPhone chargers, little chocolates, to heated bathroom floors, heated toilets, mini refrigerators upstairs with all the coffee & creamer types you could imagine. The soaps, towels, EVERYTHING was top notch and just completely over the top. I could go on and on about this place. Seriously the best airbnb we’ve ever been to and we will definitely be back! Also, the pictures don’t do it justice, when you arrive your jaw will be on the floor. We had the best trip simply because of the Airbnb!! Thank you Emily!
This home is gorgeous and has everything! The game room, hot tub, and movie room did not disappoint. The sound system was incredible! A few things: 1) The popcorn machine needs better instructions. 2) The DACK app was annoying. At the front door, DACK kept refusing to give me the code, despite having paid for early check-in. Luckily, I found the code on the Airbnb app. (I disliked having to search DACK/Airbnb/texts to find what I needed.) 3) The many light switches need labels. 4) Bring grippy socks. You'll thank me later. 5) The showers in the spare rooms are confusing. 6) The primary room has a great adjustable bed! You'll need to download an app. 7) G**gle doesn't show a front lawn; there is indeed landscaping as of 2/22/24. 8) We didn't have access to the garage. Wish we did because ... 9) You can't roll a suitcase over the stones to the door. 10) Make sure to SNAP IN the K-Cup adapter or you'll make a huge mess. ... Despite my nitpicks, this place is stunning! 5 stars!!
Beautiful and stunning place!! They should be so proud of their hard work into this Airbnb! 💙Would’ve love a later checkout just due to an early morning event that I had but I was so pleased with everything and look forward to staying in the future.

Experienced Stays is partnered with a travel company that offers sprinter vans & party busses for your daily excursions! Otherwise, we recommend using Lyft or Uber to get around town.
