This house was perfect for my recent trip to Lexington with a big group of friends! Julie was extremely helpful in getting us situated and the house had everything we could’ve needed for our weekend away.

Our group had a great long weekend trip to Lexington for bourbon tours and fall meet horse races at Keeneland. The proximity to the track was a huge plus!! About 15 mins or less. Our group especially enjoyed the large kitchen for playing cards and hanging out. The backyard and fire pit got a lot of use as well. Tons of beds in every room makes it a great spot for a large group getting together.

We really enjoyed the walking area behind the home. It was fun to see people on their horses walk by, and it was a great area for us to get out and walk a bit. The home was fairly close to things we wanted to do in Lexington: Buffalo Trace Distillery, Kentucky Horse Park, and Battle Axes. All were fun. The home was large and had beds to accommodate our group, but there was not enough seating to eat meals together in the same room. We brought our own foldable table. There was also a lot of "stuff" in the kitchen and no place to put our food unless we rearranged cabinets. We appreciated the extra refrigerator in the garage. The ice maker didn't work and the toilet upstairs had some issues occasionally. When the dishwasher would run, the spigot next to the sink would overflow and cause water to collect on the counter. It is definitely an older home that needs some TLC, but it served our purposes. I do think it was expensive for what we got. The fees almost doubled the price.

Gorgeous home and perfect for a large group getaway! The large family room is perfect and roomy for all of the guests to relax and play the board games provided. Our favorite was the backyard- the home is in a neighborhood cul-de-sac, but the backyard feels so private! What a beautiful place to gather around the table or fire pit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings! Our first trip to Lexington did not disappoint!
