This place was perfect for our stay in Lex and right around the corner from Rupp Arena. So we were able to avoid all the traffic hassles by walking to our event. Lovely lobby with nice amenities. Appreciated the multiple levels of security with codes for entrance to parking lot, bldg and room. Decor was beautiful and comfortable. If I go back to Lexington I will definitely stay here again!

The place was clean, and we enjoyed our stay. The only negative is the walls are thin and you hear everything. We were woken up every night by people in the hallway or the neighbors with their TV on. Other than that, It was a great place.

Have stayed here at 3Forty multiple times now. It is so convenient with regards to the city life and UK campus. Parking is private, safe and easy. This was the first two bedroom for us and it was just as spectacular as the one bedroom we love so much. Super clean and modern. Crazy comfortable beds. Luxury heated bathroom floors. Extra snacks/sodas/coffee and water provided. We will keep coming back.
