The house was so well stocked for a large group and included lots of serving players and large bowls. The house was so comfortable clean and private. The trains everyone mentions is actually soothing and didn’t bother us after we heard them the first day. It became part of the homes charm. There are 2 cute little restaurants you can walk to at the end of the block that are cute with great food. We walked to campus although it is a mile to Kroger field. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation and there is no good way to get to the grad ceremony due to traffic but it was still a perfect location for our family week together. If we ever return to Lexington this place is on our list for sure.

The hosts were AMAZING; as they were kind & very responsive to answering questions about the house & provided local recommendations of extraordinary restaurants. "The Spot" was perfect & spacious for our group of four couples, who were in town to experience Keeneland's Spring meet and tour Woodford Reserve's "Tasting Tour." We found the house to be clean, beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, & the hosts amply supplied all things one needs when traveling! Additionally, the location was PERFECT for all things! We were only minutes away from and some Keeneland and fantastic restaurants; a few of our favorites were Southland Bagels & Marikkaa's German restaurant which also provided live volleyball, pool, air hockey, table shuffleboard & so much more! My favorite things were feeding the Koi each day! We would recommend The Spot, without reservation & we are already planning our next adventure back to this lovely airbnb! Super cute house with plenty of room for three couples. The pizza place at the end of the street was great. The trains are as described. Didn't bother us at all. Would recommend!
