Great place, KC was easy and quick with response time when asking questions. The unit hadn’t been cleaned when we had arrived but it was taken care within a half hour. Enjoyed our stay at Gifford properties.

For the amount I was charged for 3 night stay ( which was $1000) and could have been more if the pricing wasn’t lowered the house should have been absolutely spotless. Also why am I paying a $200 cleaning fee for what I saw? Lastly, why am I having to strip my sheets and towels and start a load of laundry? I have pictures but cannot upload.

We loved this property, even thought about bringing the family back in the summer. Everything was clean and comfortable and the hot tub exceeded our expectations!

We had a great stay. Place was very clean, great porch to have coffee in the morning. Easy Uber ride into downtown. Host was great to communicate with, responded quickly with questions. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was really nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Also appreciated that there weren't a million things to do when checking out. Would definitely stay again.
