This was a great space to accommodate our group of singles traveling together. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, kitchen was well stocked, and the area was quiet and peaceful. The location was a short easy drive to the Rupp Center and downtown.

So let’s start with the positives, went for a conference with six other employees. Did not realize the house was a duplex, so we occupied both sides. It was located within the neighborhood, so that was easy for going for morning walks, and only 15 minutes from our conference location. When we arrived at 3:02 PM for a 3 PM check in, the cleaning staff was still there, which was not a problem. They were done up in the bedrooms, so we just put our stuff upstairs and waited for them to be done downstairs. One thing not mentioned, is to get to the third bedroom upstairs. You have to go through another bedroom. So that was a little tricky with staff. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. There was mold all along the trim, the vent had mold on the outside of it, the basement around the washing machine and dryer had piles of lint from
