This home was perfect for our group. Location was great… very close to golf course, Keeneland, and downtown Lexington. Seth was very responsive and a great host. Open concept with spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room was where we spent most of our time. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely but short visit. Plans were made with friends ahead of time so we didn’t have a lot of time to enjoy the outdoors-also the weather didn’t cooperate. The house was exactly as advertised. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This place was exactly as the listing described - amazing! My wife and I brought our kids and a few other family members for spring break. We liked that the location was central to the Ark and Bucees. We loved that there was ample seating for all of us to eat together. In the beautiful and functional kitchen and dining area. We had most everything we needed for cooking meals together. The kids enjoyed the outdoor space and the game room. They also enjoyed playing hide and seek in the rest of this beautiful home. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and functional. The decor throughout was very tasteful as the pictures show. On top of that, Seth was a great host - very responsive. We would no doubt stay here again!

I use vacation rentals often. I’m a stickler about cleanliness -This is one of the top 5 nicest vacation rentals I’ve visited. Everything is sparkling clean; good quality furnishing, the home is well maintained, and the host is excellent. The kitchen is complete with everything you need. The beds and linens are good quality. The furnishings are just as you see in the pics. The game room was a hit with the teens. You wont find scuff marks on the walls, stains on the floors, discolored grout in the showers -everything was in perfect working order. The owner (Seth) could (and maybe should) write a book on how to own and manage successful vacation rentals. Everything you could possibly need is in this home, plus every possible guest question has been anticipated and answered with detailed information included in his welcome packet. You likely won’t see the host or his workers, but if you need to speak to Seth, he answers requests in minutes- the best customer service I’ve experienced.

The house was great! It was exactly as pictured and had significantly more room than I expected. Our kids loved the hot tub and game room. When we went out for the day, our kids would ask if we could go back to the house for the evening so they could play games or sit in the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!
