Conveniently located 5 miles from UK, 6 miles from Rupp Arena, 18 minutes to The Kentucky Horse Park, and minutes from shopping and restaurants! 2 master bedrooms with king beds and Jack and Jill en-suite bathrooms. One master on first floor and one upstairs! 4 - 92” Smart TVs with Roku Kids playroom and lots of board and outdoor games = fun Outdoor space is cozy and packed with fun! Put-put golf, giant connect 4, kid friendly Axe throwing etc making this area the favorite! Oh and WAFFLES!! 2 Master bedrooms with King beds! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and our home has an attached garage that will be locked with our personal belongings inside. King bed in master, king in second master on main floor bedroom, twin and twin trundle in playroom. We are currently renovating the downstairs full bathroom to upgrade the space. The couch will also turn into a futon, but is best for kids as it’s smaller and not a full bed. Also note - our driveway is steep! We do not recommend parking on it but have extra wide stairs from the sidewalk. Parking in front of our driveway or in front of the house is recommended. We have chosen not to share a photo of the exterior for safety reasons, but we’re happy to send one over after booking is confirmed! For bookings 14 days or longer- we do provide and require weekly cleanings every 7 days which are included in the booking. Bookings 30 days or longer require a background check and lease agreement.
