Beautifully cozy, clean & white room with an amazing view over a greenery garden & only 200m from the sea. The area is very quiet, safe & private. Room has its own bathroom, balcony, small kitchenette, A/C, heating and amazing owners like us All the rooms are air-conditioned, with a TV and their own private bathroom. Two of those rooms have kitchenette with cooking rings for you to prepare some light meals and all the rest have a small cooking ring in order to prepare your greek morning coffee, enjoying the silence of the place.

Zoe and her father were very helpful when we needed anything at all. Therma is a very charming and beautiful place. the accommodation is comfortable enough with a small stove for making snacks and coffee and a bar fridge for all the essentials. :)
Staying at Zoe’s place it’s something I’ll always will have on my heart. I was traveling alone and her family offered me such a coziness and the communication with Zoe was amazing. At first I had a bit of a hard because moving around the island it’s hard if you don’t drive. But I still found my way around and Zoe’s dad also helped me out. He was the nicest and the coolest. I recommend this place, it’s beautiful and you can scuba dive, hike and if you drive and go to the other side you can surf. It’s amazing! The place it’s beautiful, bed is comfortable, quiet and good internet. But I always be so grateful for the kindness in Ikaria that has no price!
The room and stay was lovely, simple, clean, and easy. Wonderful hosts, very accommodating and helpful, on an absolutely beautiful island. Everything was clean, as promised, and nicely done. Will definitely stay here again!
I highly recommend staying at Zoe’s place for your vacation in Ikaria! The room was very nice and my room’s mountain view was beautiful. It was within walking distance to Ikaria’s wonderful natural hot baths, stores, restaurants and the beautiful beach. Zoe was very helpful, immediately responding when I made a request. She is a great hostess! I came here on my own and I felt very much at home.
Loved the place, the Island and my host. Hosts simply don't get better than Zoe. Helpful beyond anything I could've expected.

The neighbourhood is the quietest and the safest place in the world! You can even sleep with the doors and windows open as no one is going to disturb you or even rob you!
In a distance of 200m you can find the small square of Therma with its traditional cafes, restaurants and confectioneries.The beach is just under the square and it is divided by a small marina into the sandy and the pebble side.
It is easily accessible and especially friendly to kids.
Ikaria is well known since the antiquity for its radioactive springs. The exceptional therapeutic properties of the Ikarian hot springs are well known world widely as researches have also proven that many of these springs are unique in the world.
The SPA facilities have been recently renovated and are easily accessible for everyone; targeting special patient groups of rheumatism, arthritis, spondyloarthritis, arthralgias, coxalgias, myalgia, chronic sterilities and insufficiencies.
In 2km distance you can find the capital city of Ikaria, Agios Kirikos.
Evdilos is 40km from Agios Kirikos, Raches is 50km from Agios Kirikos and Armenistis is 42.
But don't get tricked, the distances might seem short but the scenery is very rocky as a result for the roads to be full of curves and U turns. You can't speed up for more 40km/h. It's safe to drive around but always keep on the right and with a max speed of up to 40km/h. ;)
Transportation to Therma
Therma is only 2km away from Agios Kirikos, the capital city of the island.
The connection between Agios Kirikos and Therma is quite frequent by a local bus or if you prefer a sea scenery you can use the traditional and idyllic local boat.
From the airport you can take a taxi but a bus might also be available from time to time (depending on the season).
From Evdilos, the estimated time to reach Therma is 45 minutes. Evdilos is connected to Agios Kirikos by a local bus every morning but If you arrive by night, the only mean of transportation to get to Therma is by taxi (unless you rent a car).
We do offer transportation services -hiring some trustworthy taxi drivers on the island-. If you would like to make a reservation you can always contact us in advance for your own convenience.
