This was a great place to sleep while enjoying the beach and all that WBX offers. This place is so close to the beach-across the street from access 37 with parking that worked for us. I was able to pop back for lunch or a work call easily. It is as described with a window a/c that kept us near-refrigerated and wasn’t too loud. The king size bed was comfy as was the couch. Though getting in/out of the bed is a bit tight with no nightstands/outlets close. We appreciated the value of this place and location, but did find throughout our stay that the amenities were basic which made it difficult to maintain order/cleanliness at the end of the week (no broom, place to take out trash, place to sit luggage). Also note, there is a second outside door in the kitchen with a lock only on the knob-no deadbolt. We’ve spent quite a bit of time in WBX, and find it very safe, but I could see where this could make some nervous.

Great location! Immediately adjacent to beach access, but it was literally all about location, location, location. For what we paid, I would expect wash cloths, dish cloths (there is a kitchenette after all), an iron, and soap. I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb that didn’t offer these things so I was taken off guard (my own fault). Thankfully there was a store close by. Lock is sticky - called owner and he was very responsive, I am thankful for his advice but it didn’t always work - lock should be replaced! Overall, it was a good trip but it came with its challenges. One restaurant and one coffee shop are all that’s at this end of the beach. If you want a true no-frills vacation this is the perfect spot for you! If you need creature comforts, pass it by!

Great condo in a great location! Right across the street from the beach. Mike was great, very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location, went to Wrightsville Beach with plans to go surfing, rental store a short walk away coffee shop restaurant.
