You'll enter the screened-in front porch with dark privacy screens - a cozy spot with a daybed, and spots to relax - play a game or dine al fresco. The front door features original stained glass and opens to spacious dining and living areas featuring local art, fresh slip-covered comfy sofa and loveseat along with a big dining table. Many lights are on dimmers so you can pick your perfect ambiance. The kitchen is a feast for the eyes and has everything you need to whip up a great meal, prep for grilling on the gas Weber, get your morning coffee/tea/cocoa or just heat up your leftovers from one of Saint Augustine's many incredible restaurants! You'll find sets of beautiful Spode Blue Room dishes as well as child-friendly melamie - all dishwasher safe. Lots of pots, pans, toaster, blender, coffee maker, mini-waffle maker, spices, cutting boards, tin-foil, plastic wrap, bags, grilling tools, etc.. We provide coffee, fresh half-n-half and some light snacks. The house water is purified so you'll enjoy excellent chilled drinking water, sparkling ice (cubed and pebbled) and refreshing showers or languid tub soaks. All three bedrooms feature queen beds with premium bedding, extra blankets, pillows along with ceiling fans and blackout curtains. Each bedroom has closets with a place to put your suitcase and lots of hangers. They also have dresser drawers and the two larger bedrooms have their own smart TVs. The front two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and the main bedroom off of the kitchen has an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet with ironing supplies. There's a fully stocked laundry room free for your use with a full-sized washer and dryer. Across from the laundry is a closet with six beach chairs for your use. You'll also find a big stack of red, white and blue beach towels for your use along with extra toiletries and travel umbrellas in the hall closet. If you ever don't see what you need or need extra - we're a quick message away! Out back is a tropical oasis with an 8-ft privacy fence with beautiful landscaping. We are passionate about providing an exceptionally clean and safe place for your vacation. Our cleaning guru is head of housekeeping at a downtown hotel. Our two houses are the only two vacation rentals he cleans. We do Quality Control in multiple stages before you check in. If you ever see anything that isn't right, please reach out.
