I really enjoyed this location. Looks exactly like the pictures. I booked last min about 30 mins before my check in and Erik was very responsive and helpful. This is my first time staying in a Airbnb in Puerto Rico I usually stay in hotels, And I would definitely stay again. Wasn’t far from anything. Very quiet area.

Horrible experience. Not worth the money. Slow as hell to respond to any messages until I reported the place to Airbnb support. Do not stay in this dirty house.

He was very responsive and we had a late check in so he stayed up to make sure we made it safely! Will rent again!

Eric was very friendly and responsive. He was checking in throughout the trip to make sure we were okay. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Worked from home two days and teams calls were going in and out. It would freeze and I would have to wait to connect again. From the description the video calls were supposed to work but doesn’t seem accurate so something to note. Bees were attracted to the light at the floor level at the entrance gate and a note to those that are allergic. Although it was close to the airport and beaches the Ubers told us that we were staying more inland at the other side of bridge which resulted in paying more for tolls when taking Ubers. The drivers told us that next time we should stay closer to the city center. The power went out and although the neighbors told us that it doesn’t last that long but for us it was from mid day until evening. It’s not Eric’s fault but just be aware his Airbnb did not have a generator. We enjoyed our time at Eric’s Airbnb.
