Overall, this stay was very average. Didn’t think it was worth the money we paid especially since we saw multiple cheaper options in PR. Pros: Manuel communicates well. Place is aesthetically pleasing, clutter free. Bedroom has a king size bed so lots of room and space. Air Conditioner cools fast. Some bottles of water was provided. Cons: 1) Walls are very thin. If you are a light sleeper, you won’t get a good night sleep. We stayed here for 3 nights and only was able to get few hours of sleep because of the different noises in surroundings areas. 2) Maintenance issues: bathroom door doesn’t look properly. Shower handle comes off. Huge stains on the couch. There was hair and dust on the rolls of toilet paper provided. There are TVs in the room but don’t recall seeing the remote 3)Extras: lock of the door was difficult in the beginning. Secondly, blanket in the bedroom is thin. Would be helpful if some extra blankets/sheets and towels were provided.

Manuel was very helpful and responsive throughout my stay, also allowed us to check in early with no problem and provided clear instructions and pictures on how to gain entry into the location. Great host
