Amazing few days away in sunny sandilands the accommodation was amazing we had such a fab trip. Very clean fresh linen lots of little extras included will definitely return 5 stars ⭐️

We stayed for two nights at the American RV in Sutton on Sea and we were very happy with the RV itself and the location. Just a 5 minute drive to the beach and close to a supermarket (Co-op) for all your staples. Simon and Cheryl were very responsive, giving clear instructions for check-in (via a key lock by the door). Simon also sent videos for the journey in to the caravan site, where you can see clearly how to find the RV. He also sent videos on how to open and close the door, use the toilet and provided lots of recommendations for eating and beaches near the site. We were very happy with the space and cleanliness in the RV, with everything provided for. The views are of open fields, horses, birds and there are just a handful of caravans dotted around. We never felt overlooked. The area is so peaceful and quiet. There is a tea/coffee shop on site, which we didn't make use off, but if we are there for a bit longer, it looked absolutely beautiful.

We loved our stay in the RV. Immaculately clean with very comfy beds and bedding. Loved the quirkiness of it and great location on a very quiet campsite at the edge next to the fields. I’d highly recommend.
