Beautifully maintained get away in an excellent location in the yellow springs area. Joe & Christina are wonderful hosts that try to think of everything you may need during your stay! Highly recommend.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the River House for the solar eclipse. Beautiful, clean house and amazing, big backyard to enjoy nature and the river. The yard was perfect for viewing the eclipse and the hot tub on the back deck was great! Christina & Joe were thoughtful and communicative hosts, too. It's a great place for a couple to get-away, but also comfortably accommodates four people, with it's two bedrooms. Great for a small group of friends, family of four, or two couples. It was a little pricey when we rented since the house was in the zone of totality for the eclipse, and the house is on a busy road, but other than that no complaints. I highly recommend this wonderful spot!

This is possibly the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The amenities are endless and it’s just the cutest space with gorgeous surroundings. I will be back for sure. Just amazing. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants a nice peaceful getaway.

Joe and Christina were excellent hosts! This is not just a place to crash, this a warm and welcoming home and we hope to be back soon! This was our family getaway and our son had the best time swinging on the swings, and exploring the surrounding nature. Inside the home was comfortable, well organized and inviting. Everything was spotless. The kitchen is definitely a highlight, but the entire home was wonderful. I highly recommend staying at Joe and Christina’s house. We hope to be back soon!
