The Corry Street Retreat is the perfect getaway for active adventurers and weary travelers alike. Walk or bike the 1 mile into town for unique shopping, delicious food, lively entertainment and lots of people watching! The Corry Street Retreat offers 2000 sq ft with hardwood and ceramic tile throughout this spacious downstairs accommodation. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with an open plan living and kitchen area that is fully equipped and ready with all the comforts of home. Additionally, there are 2 futon sofa beds and a sleeper sofa to accomodate larger groups. CSR is 1 block from the Little Miami Scenic bike trail, 1/2 mile from Glen Helen Nature Preserve and 1 mile from downtown Yellow Springs. Weather permitting, enjoy the backyard fire pit and table with umbrella for hanging out or dining. Guests have a private entrance and do not share space with owner who lives onsite. This space is perfect for getaways, reunions, hikers/cyclists - anyone who loves being surrounded by nature in a unique, thriving community!

The Corry St Retreat was spacious, quiet and close to town and the Glenn Helen Narure Preserve. We enjoyed our stay.

Kim’s place was perfect for our girls’ weekend in Yellow Springs! The property is beautiful and peaceful. There was plenty of room, and everything was so clean and cozy. This is such a beautiful and unique place to stay, with all of the perfect touches to make you feel relaxed and serene. Kim was incredibly kind and friendly, making sure to give us all of the information we needed. This is a perfect getaway and I will definitely be recommending it to all of my friends and coming back to stay!
The place was honestly bigger than what we expected it to be, but it was perfect for the amount of guests that we had staying with the group. Everything was very clean, and it was easy to access using the instructions that were given to us. Would definitely stay here again :)
Kim was friendly, gracious and accommodating when our plans changed. The Corry Street Retreat was more spacious than even the photos showed. The kitchen was well set up with any of the cooking we wanted. The furniture was comfortable. The entire apartment was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you, Kim

1 block from the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail, ½ mile from Glen Helen Nature Preserve, 1 mile from downtown Yellow Springs, approx. 2 - 4 miles from John Bryan State Park, Clifton Gorge and Young’s Jersey Dairy. Drive the short distance to WPAFB, Wright State University and Fairfield Commons Shopping area. The communities surrounding Yellow Springs are Fairborn, Springfield, Beavercreek and Xenia. The closest airport is the Dayton International Airport at 30 minutes away, next is the John Glenn Columbus International Airport at 50 minutes away.
Getting to downtown Yellow Springs is easier by bike or walking if you go during the weekend. Otherwise, parking is limited but if you are patient you can usually find a spot. Getting an Uber to go the one mile to town is doubtful but I have Uber'ed to the airport and surrounding communities plenty.
PS - the Little Miami bike trail is one block from my door and goes all the way to town with a wide two lane path for walkers/cyclers.
