We headed to Ohio to watch the eclipse and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. Gorgeous surrounding and amazing hosts. They graciously gave us a late check out so That we could watch the eclipse. Our kids made friends and I practically had to drag mine to the car to go home. It was only with promises that we would rebook that convinced them to leave! We will be back! You will not regret booking!

It was a beautiful space in a beautiful setting. Two very separate bedrooms and a comfortable common area. Easy to check in. Space felt private and was very clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful and fun to explore. Some nice walking paths and scenery. Plenty of easy parking too. As noted in the listing there is not a stove. So be aware, not a big deal but good to know. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again.

We loved our stay! We have five kids and slept comfortably and had a peaceful and quiet time outdoors during our stay.

Unfortunately, our stay was not ideal. It wasn’t clear in the listing that this barn shares the same property with the host’s home. They stated later they live close by. In reality it’s separated by the width of the driveway. We didn’t feel private with the hosts so close. Also, the barn’s upstairs is used as a wedding/events space—also not mentioned. My issue was when we were woken up by the hosts walking around & setting up upstairs. They were in the barn without permission or a heads up. This was alarming to us as there is only a stall door in the bathroom separating us from the door they came in. We want to think the best of strangers, but anyone could climb over/under the door and we have no way to prevent that or protect ourselves. We could’ve avoided this by coordinating times for them to come in. It was scary during an all girls trip. I sincerely don’t want this to ruin their reputations as hosts, but hope they can learn & add transparency in the future. Wishing them success.

Very comfortable place in a serene setting. A really wonderful getaway.
