Loic was responsive and professional. The listing accurately reflects the amenities of the property. The home was clean but worn in places. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was functional with all necessary appliances. We ate out for every meal; if you plan to cook meals for a large group, you’ll probably need to bring utensils and plates, etc.

Loic was a very gracious host. We arrived half an hour earlier than check-in time and he let us right in. The house had some signs of wear & tear (some scuff marks and a small hole in drywall on walls going upstairs, a broken door stopper in the half bath), which I'm sure are to be expected in a house frequently used. But it was very clean. There were several beds and my very large family easily spread out around the house. There was a working theater room, and a pool table in the basement which provided us with plenty of fun. One of the cues we found broken and let our host know. He replied very quickly and kindly, seemingly more concerned that there wouldn't be enough for us to play (we shared 3 cues and had a blast). We have 2 more trips to make down that way in the next couple months and looked to see if the house would be available. We weren't surprised to find it's already booked. It's a very nice place with a great host.

Great home in a nice neighborhood to stay with family while visiting Ohio! Everything was clean, comfortable beds, and it had nice amenities.
