We ended up staying here when our other rental fell through last minute. We were very grateful to find someplace for 9 of us to stay for my son's college graduation. The farm was absolutely gorgeous and my family LOVED being able to see the horses, mini-ponies, goats, chickens, etc. It was the highlight of the weekend. However, the house was slightly dirty - the island countertop was INCREDIBLY sticky - we tried washing it down with vinegar and Pinesol, but it only got a little less sticky. The floors were dirty - everyone's socks or feet would be black by the end of the day. The side porch leaked horribly during a hard rain - Sunita did respond to this and said she'd get it checked it. It did not impact anything except the floor was slippery. The refrigerator also leaked at times. The stovetop was incredibly difficult to use, even though there were instructions and some family members YouTubed how to use it. But the time together, in a beautiful location, made up for the quirks.

Beautiful ranch with so many horses to look at. Lots of space for a big family! Was perfect for our family to all stay for Christmas

The land itself was stunning & quite an experience to wake up to a ton of horses surrounding you. Unfortunately we had many issues with the home itself. As far as outside there was Random trash outside, old deflated pool floaties all around the pool area, uncut grass. Inside, there were no rugs to prevent dirt/debris from entering no matter how hard we tried to keep our shoes out of the house, the floors were sticky and uncomfortable to walk on, even in shoes. We decided to mop, not once but twice with the supplies found in the home to be able to walk around without black socks. Stains on the carpet in many rooms, dusty bathrooms, locks to the outside of the home were broken and could be pulled out of door itself. Couch was broken/disconnected. It rained a day while we were there & the covered porch with sliding doors was pouring water in. Beds were comfortable, house was very spacious & extra toiletries in the bathroom. Unfortunately we would not stay here for this price, ever again.
