Everything about this home is PERFECT ... location, views, comfort, and a stellar outdoor space you won't want to leave. It was where I began and finished [almost] every day of our 6-week stay. Inside and out, there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this wonderful desert oasis Ron and Carol have created. Beds (we only used the primary) are heavenly (and adjustable), kitchen well-stocked, inside and out is well-furnished and decorated, and a great work-from-home space should you need that (we did). So many thoughtful touches throughout. We also found that it was centrally located to everywhere: walkable to great amenities/events/hiking trails in Cathedral City, minutes to Palm Springs, other CV cities by car. Super nice neighbors, too. We can't wait to return.

My fiancé and I stayed at Ronald’s place for an extended stay to catch up on some creative projects. The location was perfect as it was in a peaceful neighborhood and only about 10 or so minutes to Palm Springs. We enjoyed nice walks with our doggy in the mornings and took swims in the pool in the evenings. (HEATED POOL and spa) Very close to grocery stores and restaurants and a casino if that’s your cup of tea. Ron was responsive to our questions and very friendly to speak to. Gave many recommendations on where to go eat and things to do. The house itself is very spacious. My fiancé and I could go to different spaces in the room to write and do our own thing. Bedrooms - these beds are SOOO comfortable. Extra linen and towels in closets Kitchen is well equipped with all the tools/utilities you need to cook with. We mostly cooked all of our meals at home. Street parking is ample . It truly did feel like our home away from home. We wish we could have stayed longer.

This place was a real gem and our stay was very enjoyable because the place is has a gorgeous setting, and is ; spacious , extremely quiet, and very clean, and chalked full of all the amenities you could need. For me the center piece, (that will bring us back) is the pool and jacuzzi in a back yard beautifully set in palm trees, and bougainvillea, and chaise lounge chairs, with a fantastic view of the Santa Rosa mountains. Ron and Carol were friendly, welcoming, and responsive. They gave great instructions for the check in, and also for the local restaurants. Some of the best food I have ever eaten is a three min car drive, away. An adorable historic breakfast cafe, top notch Italian, Asian, and Burger place, not to mention a movie theater with all new run films. Honestly, in 15 we could have walked to any restaurant or the theater. We will return here for sure! Five Stars!!! I’ never go to a hotel in Palm Springs again, this is close to the Aviation Museum, Coachella, etc.

Ron’s home is a perfect getaway!! I personally used it just to get out of smoggy LA and get some much work done in fresh air. The home has every amenity, feels very clean, open, modern, relaxing, and fun. The art and decor is tasteful, felt like I was in a Modern Living magazine! Beds were large and comfortable. Bathrooms had perfect water pressure and temperature (hard to do in the desert!) The pool is amazing… comes with. Hot tub you can heat from inside (and see the temp on a home-supplied iPad) and jump in when ready, then dip in the pool itself to cool off. At night there’s cool chill colorful lighting. Pretty much every light is dimmable and every window has a nice blind (some auto) so if you’re like me and value a rooms mood this is your spot. I slept in the master but the guest was almost as large. There’s a separate TV and office. I loved that the living room was a true living room. I don’t even know why hotels exist with airbnbs like this!
