Welcome and thank you for considering our cabin. We set out to create a space where you can relax and have fun with your fur babies. To many of us, these precious beings are our family, and what better way to explore the area than with them right beside you? No pet, no problem, you are of course, very welcome as well! Just 10min to Boone, 12min to Blowing Rock, 10min to Moses Cone Manor and the Blue Ridge Parkway. And mere minutes away from more hiking trails than you can think of! The cabin was built by Green River Log Cabins in South Carolina in 2021 and is situated on 1 acre surrounded by old hardwoods, rhododendrons, and all the beauty of the Appalachian forests. The cabin has a 100sq ft outside seating area that is gated where you and the furs can relax at any time. We also created a “woof window” for them to enjoy the views on both sides. Outside you will find a stone paved walkway leading to the fire pit area. As you explore the property, you will find 3 large piles of branches that we have cleared and stacked. These are now home to rabbits, chipmunks, small birds, and who knows what else. Back inside, the 400sq ft cabin is equipped with two split unit air conditioners, two fans and one on the porch, a gas fireplace, and a full-size kitchen with a washer and dryer. To accommodate sleeping habits there is a Sleep-by-Number queen-size bed, and televisions in the bedroom and the main area. Wifi is included, along with important things like a Keurig coffee machine as well as a French Press.
