We had a great stay at this place. So close to Magnolia & felt very comfortable our whole time there! The only thing is there is a band that played music late at night which made it hard to fall asleep some nights but they provide a noise machine & sleeping ear plugs for their guests! They had excellent communication leading up to the stay & throughout our stay! Once again loved our stay & our time in Waco/Magnolia!

Comfortable and spacious stay with a great view of Downtown Waco. This loft was the perfect landing zone for my husband the weekend of our wedding, and the hosts were incredibly proactive. We live in Waco, and Behrens' is easily one of my favorite buildings in town, within walking distance of many of our favorite bars and restaurants. Our only caution to potential travelers is that Franklin Ave's nightlife can get lively on the weekends, and this is not the best location if you are hoping for a quiet retreat.
