We spent 12 days at the apartment and fully enjoyed it. It was clean and sunny. Local food and restaurants abound. Hosts were very nice. Opening all of the windows in the early morning and evenings provided delightful breezes. By US standards we would call the apartment a 4th floor walkup; not a 3rd floor apartment. Both bedrooms have AC units but not the living room. This may not be a problem except only on the hottest of days. Would we choose this apartment again; YES

The apartment was spacious and cozy, everything we needed was right there. Conveniently located, stores and cafes within walking distance. The owners were very caring and attentive, would definitely recommend. Lovely vacation!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, zentrale und doch sehr ruhige Lage, die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit guter WLAN Qualität.
