Great location right on the River , close to great restaurants and shops. Great accommodations for a couples and multiple families-clean, and beautiful house. Looking forward to another stay. Very Responsive.Thanks Todd!!

Exceeded expectations. The accommodations were even better than expected and our host was great; very responsive and helpful. Excellent location, walking distance to downtown. Will stay again when in Grayling.

This is a great place to stay in Grayling. The property is as described on the listing....clean, comfortable, excellent location within walking distance to all downtown has to offer. Our host, Todd, was awesome. Very responsive and professional. No issues whatsoever, we booked for several weeks and will do so again whenever we're in Grayling. Thanks Todd we enjoyed our stay!

My family came to town to celebrate my 50th birthday and go side by siding and see the fall colors. Todd’s place was perfect for our larger group and there was plenty of space for all 12 of us to spread out. Nice to have 3 bathrooms with such a large group. Even though it was a bit chilly we enjoyed the river views and the swing is a perfect spot for a cup of coffee and some peace. Highly recommended
