We are a small family owned and run cottage rental business. We love these homes, use these homes and enjoy sharing with kind travelers. Over the years we have rented cottages and rented to many many guests. We work hard to give personal attention to guests. And we have worked to make the cottages welcoming and easy to use for all. We make a point of making your stay hospitable. No matter if you are ice fishermen in February or a Family in Aug. we want to make it GREAT! Relax at this unique and tranquil Natural getaway! Inside a State Park with waterfront Access. Swim or launch your kayak, enjoy the sunset or hike out your back door into the State Park Trails. Up for more activity- Lovely port town of Sodus Point about 3-4 miles away with its Public Sandy Beach, playground, pier to hike out and lighthouse museum. Enjoy dinner at a waterside restaurant decks in Sodus Point. Launch/rent boat, visit the great farm markets ! The possibilities are endless!

We actually live locally and needed a weekend getaway. The cottage was the perfect place. Beautiful view of the lake, spacious, everything that one would need to disconnect from the everyday busy life.
This house was a perfect home base for our long weekend in Sodus. Our toddlers loved the lake access and it was easy to get to points of interest. Jan’s recommendations proved very helpful on a rainy day during our visit.
Great place for a weekend getaway, relaxed vibes we’re just what we were looking for. Area and town are also very dog friendly!
Jan was extremely helpful and went out of her way to enable us to check out much later than planned, which we really appreciated.
Our stay at the cozy cottage was great. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. The beds were really comfortable and our kids loved the hook game on the back porch. They especially loved walking down to the lake area and playing in the water. We were also lucky to catch a few beautiful sunsets.

Rural and lovely these cottages area tucked into a quiet little cove on Lake Ontario. Peaceful and rural we are blessed to be surrounded by parkland of Beachwood State Park. The main industry is fruit farming and farm markets dot the country roads. Beautiful and natural surroundings yet a short drive to Sodus Point NY a small port resort township. Easy to enjoy Sodus Points Sandy public beach, lighthouse museum, marinas for boat rental/or rides, and restaurants on the water.
A car is necessary to visit this rural location. Driveway space is limited so ridesharing/carpooling with friends or family is advised. The driveway can hold 2-3 max. Boat trailers are possible here, but please let us know ahead.

I love nature and the arts, Photography, and travel. And I also find I love to share the joy of being at the lake, with my guests! and love to help guests find fun activities in the area. I grew up loving to vacation and play at lakefront cottages. And my family still gathers every year at lakefront cottages we now share with our guests as well as others in the area.
