We have stayed several times in this area. We found this to be one of our favorite rentals . The owners were responsive and clear in communication . The rental was clean and there was enough toliet paper paper towels and reg towels for our visit

The place was perfect for our 3-night stay. Great location, very close to both the 7 train and the LIRR, and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. We were there for the US open, and the location was perfectly situated between flushing meadows and manhattan. The place was very comfortable for our family of 4. Kitchen was well equipped. They even gave us eggs, milk, juice and cereal! All rooms have A/C. And the back deck was a nice bonus. Parking is a bit limited, but we got a spot right in front. We’d definitely stay there again, if NYC loosens their new restrictions!

Elaine’s house was great. Clean and well appointed. Has a small private deck. Lots of small stores and restaurants around. Highly recommend for families visiting NYC. Woodside subway stop is 5 min walk away, and it’s a direct line to midtown (incl Times Sq, Penn Station). Takes about 20 min. For those interested in baseball, it’s also a direct line going the other direction to CitiField where the Mets play. Elaine was absolutely lovely. She even generously gifted my sons with spending money, and left a fridge with fresh milk, orange juice, and eggs. Thank you, Elaine!

Elaine's place is a small rowhouse on a residential neighborhood in Queens. We chose it for proximity to our daughter's place. Easy access to Manhattan. We especially appreciated the "extras" that were provided for guests in the kitchen. We had no problems, descriptions of the place on the app were accurate.
