The place has everything you could need for a long stay, it's very clean and spacious. The neighborhood seems great and there are stores across the street. Hassan is very friendly, helpful and responsive and helped make necessary accommodations. I would definitively recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay around Silver Springs.

Hello! I’m an AUC student and I stayed at Hassan’s residence for my clinical rotations at the Adventist Healthcare in White Oak Silver Spring. Hassan’s place was a heaven sent, it was honestly the most perfect property and location I could have stayed at. I never needed to travel anywhere because shops like Target, Giant, and many more were always just across the street. It’s in a very very safe neighborhood so you can always go on a daily stroll around. It is also a ten minute walking distance from the hospital which was so so convenient, I was almost always early to work. Hassan is an amazing host who takes care of his guests requests and he truly does care about your needs. The house is beautifully cozy with most of the amenities you need and boy is it so clean!! If I needed to return to Maryland for any reason for school I would be bothering Hassan to stay at his residence again. You will not regret your choice picking this property, I most definitely did not!!😇🙏🏾
