Room in an apartment, closed uni, security 24/7, elevator, kitchen, shared bath with max 2 people, queen bed, desk, wardrobe. Quiet neighborhood, green areas, security guards around, private parking, restaurants, supermarkets, city center, metro station at 5 minute walking, bus routes and gym in the front street. Stadium Atanasio Girardot at 15 min walking. IMPORTANT: I live with 3 cats. The apartment is 80 square meters with 3 rooms of which the owner (Mariana) lives in one and the other 2 are rented. The living room and kitchen is for everyone's use. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, we also have an oven, rice cooker, blender and air fryer. We have high speed internet and a washing machine in case you need to wash. The bathroom is shared with the guests who are staying in the 2 rooms.

The place is awesome, I didn't know what to expect, since it was a shared bathroom, but everything was perfectly clean all the days. We had our own peace and privacy. Mariana helped a lot woth her advices and by always being there when something was needed. + she speaks perfect English Great host, great place.

It has a wide variety of restaurants and shops to buy, Dollarcity on the main street, gyms and Exitó store a 2-minute walk away, a metro station a 5-minute walk away and only 8 minutes by car from the Terminal del Norte.
On the street in front of the unit you can take many buses with routes to the center and other places, you can walk and cross the bridge to get to the center in the same way. The Atanasio Girardot Stadium is a 15-minute walk away where there are all kinds of accessible sports recreation and the best musical and sporting events in the city. A 5-minute walk away you will find the Suramericana metro station.
