Room in apartment, closed unit, 24/7 security, elevator, private parking, kitchen, shared bathroom with a maximum of 2 people, double bed, desk, closet. Restaurants, supermarkets, green areas, downtown, gym and subway station 5 minutes walk and Atanasio Girardot Stadium 15 minutes walk. IMPORTANT: I live with 3 cats. The apartment is 80 square meters with 3 rooms of which the owner (Mariana) lives in one and the other 2 are rented. The living room and kitchen is for everyone's use. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, we also have an oven, rice cooker, blender and air fryer. We have high speed internet and a washing machine in case you need to wash. The bathroom is shared with the guests who are staying in the 2 rooms.

Mariana es una excelente anfitriona,muy amable, cordial, siempre presta a ayudar, de verdad muy muy querida 🫶🏻 El lugar con las comodidades necesarias para hospedarse, todo muy limpio y ordenado, y por supuesto, no puedo dejar de lado lo amorosos y encantadores que son sus gatitos, ¡un amor! 🥰 El sector me pareció muy tranquilo y central a los lugares que quería visitar.

The Atanasio Girardot Stadium is a 15-minute walk away where there are all kinds of accessible sports recreation and the best musical and sporting events in the city. A 5-minute walk away you will find the Suramericana metro station.
