We had an enjoyable stay at this unit. Listing was as pictured and centrally located to everything we wanted to do in KC. Would stay here again!

Not enough light in the bathroom. It was very dim. Couldn’t close the shower curtain due to the very inexpensive curtain rings not fitting properly on the curtain rod Extra bedding was on the dirty floor of the closet Coffee grounds were open. I HIGHLY recommend that they get a Keurig. The back of the house had trash on the ground a random child’s car seat The lattice on the side of the house was falling down. Random paint cans in the yard Broken front step Heater came on and it was very loud We checked in late at night. There were no lights on the house to light our walk from the back of the house to the front. While the place was clean it lacked stay appeal for the price we paid and could use alot of improvements!

Apartment was overall very good, clean and well-priced. The bed is comfortable. It’s in a good location that is walkable to bars and restaurants. The apartment is stocked with coffee and has a coffee maker. There is plenty of room! The apartment is listed for 6 people and we had 5. The only negative is that we didn’t have enough sheets or blankets for 3 beds so we had to have our friend bring her own bedding even though we paid an extra fee for a 5th person. Other than that, the central heating in the bedroom is incredibly loud so I wonder if they could stock the bedroom with a noise machine. Overall would stay again for the price but would bring bedding and a noise machine.
