Le logement est comme sur les photos, les instructions pour y accéder étaient bonne cependant, plusieurs problèmes sont survenus : - l'interlocutrice nous a demandé plusieurs fois des informations, pour nous reposer les mêmes questions plus tard, comme si elle ne lisait pas les messages que nous lui envoyons. Si ce n'était arrivé qu'une fois, passe encore, mais c'est arrivé à 3 reprises. Nous sommes en vacances, nous ne sommes pas un secrétariat, surtout quand toutes les informations avaient été envoyés au premier message. - le checkout était a 11h sur l'annonce, mais l'interlocutrice nous a dit qu'il était à 10h, et que si nous désirions rester +, nous devrions payer +,j'ai du lui rappelé que l'annonce annonçait autre chose et qu'il était hors de questions de payer. Elle a fini par accepter. Sauf que le jour du départ, elle nous a redemandé de partir avant 11h. -le chauffage et le chauffe serviette étaient réglées a fond, il faisait très lourd dans l'appartement sans pouvoir arrêter

good value for the money, the building itself is a bit old but the location and the apartment itself makes up for it.

Host gentile ed appartamento pulito. Palazzo molto sporco. Difatti, se si apre la finestra del bagno, ci sono, a circa 30 cm, cumuli di spazzatura probabilmente gettata dai piani di sopra.

I liked staying in this place. It is well furnished with a good kitchen. And it was comfortable to move around as it close to city center and subway and there is a nice restaurant right opposite the place

The apartment is spacious and modern, but we had many complaints during our stay. In short: if you have any issues during your stay, the host is uncommunicative & will not be on hand to help you; the place is dirty & the downstairs foyer is a hangout spot for drug addicts; there are extra charges for bedding; this is not actually a 3-bed property - it’s a 2-bed but you can pay more to use the sofa bed; duvets were bare; piles of rubbish in the living room and on the balcony; the bathroom door handle is broken & there are no amenities such as toilet paper, tea, coffee etc. I would advise against staying here for anyone looking to actually relax on holiday. Rather than being able to fully let go and enjoy myself, I ended up having to argue with the host & call Airbnb support every day while I was staying here. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere. Airbnb thankfully gave us a partial refund for the terrible experience but the aforementioned issues affected our stay massively.
