Sam was an amazing host, sending information in advance and answering any questions or messages within minutes! The house was clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again.

Due to a brushfire on the property behind the house, the whole neighborhood was evacuated. An incident like this forces people to show their true colors…we were very impressed with Sam! He was more concerned about our safety than the threat of losing his house. When it was unsure if we could return to the house, Sam was helpful and understanding . Airbnb was no help at all. I was forced to communicate with Airbnb via email versus the phone and was given the run around. No one from Airbnb could answer my questions. Sam was always quick to respond and attentive. The neighbors and neighborhood were so nice and helpful during the circumstances. We were able to return to the house after about five hours and felt safe. We will definitely be booking with Sam in the near future.

Enjoyed staying here for several weeks while commuting to NAS Pensacola each day. It’s only a few minutes to the back gate, and 5 mins to Target and Walmart. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the house is clean and comfortable. No issues at all. Sam is a great host who made sure I had everything I needed for my stay.
