Can't say enough good things about this property & location. Very clean and well maintained, plenty of space for our group, and we all immediately felt right at home. The pool/spa is incredible, and the outdoor cooking area is really convenient for entertaining. Joe is a great host and is very responsive with any questions you may have. Perfect location to stay outside of the city, and Uber/Lyft is not an issue - there are plenty in the area even for larger groups who need a few cars. Stores to get groceries etc are all within 10-15 min away. 10/10 would recommend for your stay in Austin!

I’d definitely recommend staying here! The bedrooms had great, comfortable linens. The baths were well stocked with necessities and great quality towels. The kitchen had everything you need to make any meal. Then there’s the outside!! The putting green was in great condition. There was an old school swing in the trees, ping pong table and of course the POOL! My daughters loved the slide and we all loved the hot tub. We didn’t get to use the grill, but it was definitely ready to make some great food. The setting was private and peaceful. Joe was very (within minutes) responsive with a couple questions we had and was pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Joe’s home and would stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Grit and Grace Ranch. The property was private, well maintained and there were so many fun outdoor activities that we didn't have enough time to enjoy them all. The inside decor was modern, comfortable and unique. Even the small details like the door handles, towel racks etc. were clearly hand picked beautiful vintage pieces. The bedrooms were beautiful even though there were no blackout curtains. For future guests: I was shocked to discover that after several guest reviews saying they didn't have any oven mitts that they still did not have any oven mitts! We spent 30+ minutes looking throughout the entire kitchen trying to find them. There was also no dish towels, salt or pepper and some of the utensils were dirty that were in the drawers. We were disappointed that in our short weekend stay that they had someone doing pool maintenance for hours on Sat to fix the waterfall since it wasn't working when we arrived...but overall it was an incredible place.

Amazing place. Lake and downtown both 30 minutes away. Pool area is beautiful. Had a ton of fun, would fully recommend!!
