This is a spacious, comfortable, and centrally located room at a good price. It’s quiet yet near to everything you could need. Do and his brother were both super friendly, and helpful when I had questions. If you like to cook, the kitchen is well equipped! I definitely recommend staying in this place for any amount of time in Hanoi. One caution: the google maps pin misleads you to an alley across the street, so make sure you use the photo to find the right alley :)

Clean and quiet room. I like location because there are lot of local restaurants, shops, bus stop, Hanoi station and some small lakes nearby. Do’s communications is clear and quick.

Really great stay! The hosts are awesome and you will feel like being with family right from day one. The room is very clean, large and bright, with a private bathroom, hot shower, air conditioning, ceiling fan, internet, everything you need and more. Some people said the house hard to find but the hosts will give very clear instructions so it is not really a problem, and being a bit far from the main street means you can sleep very peacefully at night. The area is good with a bit of everything (ATMs, small convenience stores, a larger FujiMart supermarket not too far, many restaurants, street markets for fruit and vegetables, etc), and you can easily get to the other main tourists spots even on foot if you want. 100% a recommended place to stay in my opinion, you can enjoy Hanoi without worries while you're staying here and if some days you want to rest or need to do online work, the room is very comfortable and a place you can stay in with no lack of space or any other problem.
