This place definitely ranks in the top 3 of all airbnbs I've ever stayed in! Super super friendly hosts! We felt right at home! I loved the attention to detail that was put into the place. Although outdoor activities were limited due to bad weather we had a great time playing pool! I can 100% recommend this place!

Lettie and Thad were amazing hosts! They were extremely welcoming and the place was comfortable, clean, and inviting. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and the bed was super comfortable. Our dogs enjoyed running around the secured back yard. We loved firing up the fire pit on one of the chilly nights. We felt completely at home and especially enjoyed chatting with Lettie and Thad. There were so many thoughtful touches and it is obvious they care about each of their guests. We were close to so many natural attractions and hiking spots and it wasn't too far to drive into the larger towns for a nice meal. We can't wait to come back!

You will not find a better place or better people then this. they went above and beyond. we had three dogs and as long as we cleaned up after our puppies they were fine that we bought them. they have a fenced backyard so the dogs could go out when needed. there were four adults and this is a perfect place to kickback, enjoy a fire, have a beer and have some good music. these two had snacks, eggs and muffins, some water bottles, pop, coffee, creamer. with a very clean home. you don't ever get that at an Air B&B they are wonderful. the best as far as I'm concerned. it's a great place for Adults. and No we had never met them before. Don't wait book when it's available you won't regret it. and of course when I leave it's just as clean as when I got there. I always return the respect. and you will leave with gaining some great friends. Enjoy! Angela & Scott

We have stayed in many Airbnb, and with this said, this place has been one of the best. Firstly, the hosts are amazing people, always responsive and available for us, before and during the stay. Secondly, the property has everything you need and more, with a lot of complimentary "little stuff" that always comes in handy, and I have not found in other properties, the kitchen is well stocked, and they have a Crockpot, which I used each day to have dinner ready after a long day of hiking. The beds were comfy, a lot to do inside (pool table, many table games, TV) and outside (grill, fire pit, fireplace). And finally, the location. This ranch is in the perfect spot, close to Zion (1 hour and 20 minutes), Bryce (2 hours), Pink Sand Dunes 20 minutes, and the Grand Canyon North rim is also around 2 hours. Colorado City is 5 minutes away with its interesting history and a supermarket to get your groceries. The surroundings are beautiful and overall, our stay was amazing.
