We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and clean and in a beautiful location. We were there through a snowstorm and snowed in for a day. We found that there was little to no entertainment options in the house, very limited channels other than news on the television and no movies or board games. We also had to go back and forth with Vacasa for a full day about snow removal and access to a shovel, which wasn’t in the house. Overall it was a beautiful house and lovely place to be snowed in, it would have just been nice to have a little more entertainment inside. I highly recommend if visiting in the summer as there are plenty of wonderful things to do in the area. Neighbors were very nice!

Exterior is unmaintained. Front porch and back deck need immediate maintenance. They are rotting and needs painting. Front view and front door is completely obstructed by large evergreens. There is no full size sleeper sofa downstairs as stated on website. Upstairs and sleeper sofa are barely single sized. We had to go to Walmart to buy air mattress and sheets because ad was misleading. You have to sit sideways in downstairs bathroom toilet. Upstairs there was mold in the bathroom shower. We were disappointed and would not return. Only provided 3 sets of towels for 4 adults. Only one of 4 windows would open on the sun room

Nice older home with real Maine character, great location close to town, nice yard for dogs to play.

Master bath worse than low class motel...unbelievable poor value. Certainly fake reviews.
