We live in the area and loss power so we needed somewhere to stay that allowed pets. But I can say if you are coming from far away this is a great location. And the view from the living room is absolutely beautiful. Got to see sunset there. And I got to star gaze and look at the full moon right from the living rooms big window. It is peaceful and quite. Bedrooms are big enough. They respond quickly too.

Great place to stay! The house was exactly as described/ pictured. It was clean and comfortable. Also, close to downtown Rockland. Lots of good food and hikes around the area to enjoy!

This was our second visit to Jason's cottage. As before, the home was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We appreciate being able to travel with our dog and appreciate the fenced in yard on the side of the house. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Maine!
