Andrew's place was great! Close enough to walk to downtown Beverly, but far enough away that it was quiet at night! And as someone who stays in Airbnb's a fair amount, Andrew was the quickest host I have encountered when it came to responses! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

If you are ever in the area, please stay here. Not only are you steps away from the water… literally, you also are so close to Salem and many shops and restaurants. The place was very clean and spacious and the view from the balcony was breathtaking any time of the day. Very clean and Andrew responds fast! Would recommend and stay again.

The apartment was beautifully decorated with a coastal decor--comfortable bed and nice view from the deck. It was rainy while we were there, so we weren't able to use the deck, but we will next time! The location was excellent; it was very close to many good restaurants and it was easy to get everywhere we needed to from the location. It was quiet, too, especially for a city location. Andrew was an extremely responsive host-- he literally would respond to any message within seconds! We have to single out the kitchen for praise, though: beautifully designed, with more than ample space for food prep! We were visiting our daughter and son-in-law and new grandchild and were able to prepare meals to stock their freezer in the kitchen which was airy, bright, and well arranged. We had a great stay here and will re-book it in the future!
