This cozy retreat is conveniently located in Asheville, just minutes to Downtown! Feel at home with the strong wifi, modern furniture, and extra amenities. This listing is perfect for a friends or families looking for a weekend getaway. For those remote workers, this home has the comfort, space, and convenience to be your digital nomad escape! Head 15 minutes south to Downtown Asheville to explore local art, breweries, and fine dining! Our home is perfect for monthly stays! We offer discounts to Traveling Nurses who book 29 days or more! We are also PET FRIENDLY and have a very large backyard, perfect for letting the dogs out! Our home has 2 ensuite bedrooms on equipped with their own closets, bathrooms, and TVs. Downstairs you will find the sleek and comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and half bath. This house is part of a side-by-side duplex. There may be guests staying in the other unit, however, they are completely separated. The only shared space is a portion of the backyard. Each unit has its own back porch, driveways, and side yards.

The cabin was a fantastic experience for my young family! The amenities were perfect (just as described in the listing) and there were snacks, toiletries and other convenient items provided for us. I also loved the location and the wi-fi! That was crucial because I did have to work for a few hours. The Hopetown team was very responsive too. When I texted or called, they answered right away and were able to help me. I would strongly recommend!
Pisgah Place was amazing! The house was spectacular and very close to downtown Asheville. The house was squeaky clean and easy to find. The hosts left all the little amenities you could ask for (I.e. soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, deodorant, chocolates, mints, coffee, etc.) The host was extremely responsive and I will definitely stay there again!

This home is nestled in a local neighborhood and farming community just 1.5 miles from the French Broad River, the main waterway through the Blue Ridge Mountains. Enjoy the water activities (including fly fishing, white water rafting, floating in a tube or just hanging near the water) or use this great location to access the River Arts District only 5 minutes away! River Arts District is a working art studios and galleries of hundreds of artists.
Within 10-15 minutes, you will find yourself in the heart of downtown Asheville. Stop along the way to the Botanical Gardens or enjoy a nice pint of beer or cup of coffee!

We are pleased to welcome you to Hopetown Homes! After spending four years together at college in Maine, the three of us became busy with jobs and life. We remained best friends since we were 18 years old but wanted to make sure that we could always make time to see one another and spend quality time together. Over the past decade, the Asheville area – including the very properties that you will stay at – offered us the opportunity to reconnect, build bonds and share our lives together during major life events (career changes, girlfriends, marriage and now kids!).
