The house was great! We had 2 families with 2 kids each and there was a great play area for the kids. Lots of bedrooms for everyone to fit easily. They had everything you’d need in the kitchen, the pool was great with a little pool house to shore toys and eat lunch. Hillary was so easily to get a hold of and she gave great instructions and was very friendly. One thing to know if the pool is not heated so a little chilly for kids early in the season, but was big, private and great to play in. We had a blast!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Feels like you’re deep in nature. Perfect place for our family of 4, but could easily accommodate another 2-3 people. Great amenities and home comfortably equipped with everything you might want or need. Hillary is a spectacular communicator and wonderfully helpful. Only things to note is the road behind the woods / behind the house is a bit loud and the pool, while HUGE(!) and lovely, is unheated.

We had a lovely family stay at Hillary’s home. We were traveling with my niece and it was very convenient to have a nursery and baby toys. Very private home on the edge of the village of Farmington.

Quiet, serene, private. A great place to hang out with family and relax. We enjoyed the house, the yard, and the neighborhood. Five Star host.
