Great deal for the price. Very clean, with some minor damages found around the house. Check in during the day, since lighting is very poor at night.

There were only 3 towels for our party of 7, so they had to bring over more. About an hour after we checked in and started laundry, the sewer line backed up. Water (but thankfully no sewage) was draining into the house and flooding the floors. We did not get a quick response from the host so we used the towels we had to mop up. Then she was unable to get us any replacement towels, only offering paper towels too late as it took her 40 minutes to reply and we didn’t wait to cleanup the water. She did not resolve the problem, instead saying that the plumber cannot come until tomorrow. I have stayed in plenty of run down, poorly managed Airbnb’s but I have never had to deal with a host who didn’t care about a problem as big as no water drainage. And, her lack of response, concern, or resolution, made the experience that much worse. We found other accommodations for the night.
