My family was very happy with our stay. My wife and I, along with our two children and their spouses, were visiting Carlsbad to attend our niece’s wedding. Joaquin’s home was perfect for our needs. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds and two bathrooms, great kitchen and dining area and great living room. We would have enjoyed spending more time here and everyone agreed that we would definitely stay again if we were in the area. The neighborhood felt safe and away from the busier parts of town, but getting to restaurants and stores was quick and easy. The back yard was neat and secure although we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Absolutely no complaints.

Perfect neighborhood on the north side of town, open space living room and perfect backyard. Backyard extremely well maintained, Along with the entire house!

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and comfortable. Easily drivable to the National Parks and Sitting Bull Falls. Joaquin was a great host! Definitely recommend.

Excellent stay -- beautiful, clean and spacious home very close to Carlsbad Caverns. We stayed with 3 adults and 3 children and were all very comfortable 😊 Strongly recommend!
