David is a great host and quick to respond. place is very nice and clean. Snacks he leaves is a bonus. Would stay there again.

David's place was a great place to spread out and relax after busy days visiting the nearby attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and was very walkable. The wifi worked flawlessly for remote working. This place felt like home and I would recommend it to anyone.

The house was beautiful and more spacious than expected. Everything was very well stocked and there were extras that made us feel at home.

We enjoyed David's place. On arrival my husband walked through and then commented, "We could live here." It was tastefully appointed and comfortable. The walk in shower in the master bath was a favorite. We arrived late at night. He had sent us a code so we were able to get right inside. We were in and asleep in less than an hour. (We were travelling cross country so we unpacked our car first.) We contacted David a couple of times during our stay and he responded quickly. Checkout was a breeze too. It was clean and comfortable.

Spacious home within easy drive to Carlsbad Caverns. David left us lots of treats, fresh fruit to get us started which was greatly appreciated. Great laundry facilities and a comfortable bed. Thanks!
