if you are looking for a place just outside the City of Chiang Mai this is the place for you. The place is in Doi Saket which has a lot to offer close by, good restaurants and bars. there are a couple markets close by that happen on Tue/Thu night and are very popular with the locals. Only about 30-40 min scooter ride into the city center of Chiang Mai. With that I would recommend renting a scooter for your stay as getting a Grab that far out can be hit or miss. It is beautiful and quite with the sounds of nature outside. highly recommend!!

My stay in the small home nestled amidst the secluded rice fields of Chiang Mai, Thailand, was nothing short of perfection. This hidden gem offered an unparalleled escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. The setting was breathtaking, with endless vistas of lush green rice paddies stretching as far as the eye could see. It felt like a slice of paradise. The small home itself was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything I needed for a serene retreat. What truly made this stay exceptional was the tranquility and serenity of the location. Waking up to the soothing sounds of nature and being surrounded by such natural beauty was a genuine privilege. The hosts were gracious and welcoming, providing local insights and ensuring my stay was delightful. This secluded rice field home in Chiang Mai is a dream come true for anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. Five stars are an understatement for this unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. We booked one house for one month and we ended up extending for one more month because we loved it so much. The location is gorgeous, in a tiny village, surrounded by farms and rice fields. Very quiet and peaceful. Considering that it’s quite isolated, you need a scooter to get around. The closest shop is 6-7 min away by scooter. The village also has nice local markets where you can buy food and other stuff. If you want to go to the city (Chiang Mai), then it’s going to take you around 28-35 min, depending on the traffic. The home itself was exceeding my expectations, much much better than in the photos. Everything is new and of good quality, not tacky at all. The terrace in the back facing the rice field is just amazing, I loved every sunset there. If you want to work here, the internet also works very well. The shared kitchen has everything you need, from blender and mixer, to electric oven and gas stove, pots and water boiler. Go for it!

This stay became home for the month and we felt so comfortable here! The host were super friendly and welcoming. We were lucky enough to watch the 2nd rice field preparation and planting. We made homemade pizza with the hosts. I plan to come back!
