Joseph, was such a great host. Very friendly personality and highly responsive with any and all communications. The guest suite is on a beautiful property in a very scenic area. The space was super clean, comfortable and spacious. I stayed for 5 nights and it saved me $350 from a hotel I had lined up with a low season rate. So I found the price to be excellent as well. I would certainly stay again!

Very comfortable apartment/room. Back yard was incredible. Amazing plants. Only downside was that I could hear most of what was going on upstairs in the host's living area. This was not disruptive and did not limit my ability to sleep or anything. Had a very pleasant chat with Joseph in his driveway during my stay. Enjoyed his company. Would recommend this AirB&B and Joseph to anyone wanting to stay in the Escondido area!

Joseph's accommodation was perfect for my needs. The place is cozy yet very spacious with a very nice walk in large shower and very comfortable bed. communication was excellent and I felt welcomed. I'll definitely stay again.
