We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, chic, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, which was a great spot to relax. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The private rooftop pool was the perfect way to end our night and relax after a long day of adventures. Although the pool does not heat up, the water was not too cold, it was just right. The location was also great - about a 6 minute drive to the beach area/stores, 45 mins from the new Tulum airport and 20 minutes from Xplor. We rented a car to get around and totally felt safe parking the car right outside the apartment. We didn’t walk around the neighborhood because we are not fans of hot humid weather but there are some stores in the community that are walkable or even reachable by bike. There are no curtains/blinds on the windows so just be a little mindful that someone may be walking by and see you. I would stay here again for sure.

The property was beautiful, very aesthetically pleasing! The only problem(s) I had during my stay was that the power and water went out on several occasions for hours at a time. The water was completely off for the last day and a half of our stay. When asking for a partial refund, the host said no. He stated it “wasn’t his fault.” Okay, I get it, but it wasn’t my fault either? I had no ac in almost 100 degree weather, couldn’t shower, couldn’t wash my hands, couldn’t flush, couldn’t cook or use the microwave the fridge wasn’t working and it was pitch black at times. My guest and I had to leave the property many times because of this. I’m just very frustrated with this situation. The property is beautiful but the host is not understating or flexible at ALL!!!!!!!!
