Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. just minutes from the Lakes Mile Long Pier, Shopping Centers, Restaurants. extra beds available if needed The Melendez Home is a cute, comfortable, newly remodeled home. There's a living room, dining room, with an opened beautiful kitchen. 3 bedrooms downstairs and one extra room upstairs. each guest that stays over 2 nights is gifted a thank you basket. we have a limit of up to 6 guests. but Host will work with you if there's an add-on needed. if you happen to stay here during May being so close to the lake, there's a possibility you may see some May Flies around the property, but not to worry, they are harmless. another side note at this location. There may be a chance you will hear a train carts pass by. Most of Lorain has train sounds nearby, unfortunately, but don't let that scare you away from Lorain. There's lots of fun stuff you can do. kayaking, fishing, trail walks, during the summer, there's Rocking on the River just a couple minutes away located at Black River Landing. every weekend you can catch live performance music bands which is so much fun. Lorain is a great time you'll love it.

very nice home. we were all very pleased with the accommodations. house was very clean and smelled good. we no problems at all and will hopefully get to stay there again.
Overall the house was what we paid for. Pros: The house had plenty of space and was easy to find. It was conveniently located, off-street parking is a plus. There was even a thoughtful welcome gift. Cons: The house wasn't entirely clean and needs some maintenance here and there. Our biggest issue was the Wi-Fi didn't work.

When we arrived for our stay the house was clean and smelled good. Kervin updated some things in the space also. My family had went out to run some errands and when we returned back the new code that was installed messed up and I messaged Kervin and he responded back right away and sent his father out to resolve the issue. Over all my family enjoyed our stay! Kervin had some snacks and water also when we arrived!
I recently had the pleasure of staying and it was great. The accommodation was cozy, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The space was exactly as described in the listing, if not better. The location was ideal for my needs. Kervin was an exceptional host. He was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and welcoming. From the moment I booked until the end of my stay.

Lorain is a beautiful city. my favorite part about lorain is the beautiful views of the lake. and being able to go on walks on the pier. or 5+ miles of beautiful nature trails.
Down town Broadway is a fun experience. The streets and sidewalks have been updated, making way for new restaurants and businesses alongside some really great family owned businesses proud to serve Lorain. Sandusky and Cleveland OH are about 30 minutes away, where you will find some great restaurants and fun activities in Cleveland, and Sandusky is where you'd find Cedar Point, Great Wolf Lodge, and Kalahari. but if you'd like to stay local, Lorain has some great places to explore.
